Cleaning FAQ

Answers about account requirements, approval, access and what a cleaning inquiry confirms.

Questions people ask

Can I request cleaning for several properties?

Yes. Start with the approximate property count, the type of spaces and an initial location. Describe whether the sites need similar tasks or different scopes. Each location needs assessment; an account inquiry does not confirm coverage or availability across the whole group.

Does managed cleaning include an account portal?

This website starts a cleaning inquiry. It does not provide an account portal, inspection reporting or automated scheduling. Any service arrangement, communication process and approved tasks need to be agreed separately with Bravo Maids.

Who needs to approve the scope?

Identify the person authorized to agree the work, even if you are gathering information on their behalf. Also explain who arranges access and who pays. Those responsibilities should be clear before any property or schedule is accepted.

Can I request a repeating schedule?

State the frequency you would like and the reason it matters to the property. A requested pattern is assessed alongside tasks, access and availability. It does not start a subscription, reserve future visits or create an ongoing agreement.

Can I ask for a walkthrough?

Include the request and explain which areas or conditions are difficult to describe. A walkthrough is not automatically arranged by submitting the form. Bravo Maids will assess the information needed before confirming any next step.

Describe the account and property

List each property, who approves its scope and who pays, then send the account request for Bravo Maids to assess.
